We will send an email reminder the first week of pickup with all the care and plant information that pertains to that week’s bouquet. Please use an email address that you check frequently, add us to your address book, move us out of your spam folder, etc. so you don’t miss the reminder!
Given the increased uncertainty of bloom response to changing weather, we reserve the right to adjust the timing of, or cancel, your subscription if we feel we cannot provide the full quality level we have come to expect from our bouquets. If we do have to cancel or curtail any part of the CSA, we will provide a refund pro-rated to reflect the number of bouquet weeks missing. We have always appreciated our members understanding and support as we strive to provide the best possible quality in sometimes uncontrollable circumstances.
